The Bat Infestation is threatening to take over the Goblin Kingdom. In order to eliminate the bats and take back our lands a hero bearing the lost sword must venture into the caverns and defeat the Bat King! However to defeat the Bat King the hero must be illustriously stealthy using the signature Goblin camoflauge cloak to retrieve the sword! Only then will he be able to defeat the Bat King, destroy the Bat Infestation and restore peace and order to our Cloaked Kingdom!

This was a VERY short(12 rooms) Metroidvania game made for the BenBonk game jam #4 in Bevy and Rust. It was a super fun and unique experience creating the game in Bevy and Rust. If your performance is a bit low maybe download the Desktop version, on web my performance is around 130 fps while on Desktop I get around 500.

W,SPACE,or UP arrow to Jump or interact/pickup items

Fun game, the cloak is a interesting feature, only problem I have is, that the game is really hard. I couldnt actually get past the mining operation.

Lol i made a point of making the game pretty hard in order to not make the game seem too short as it is a game jam game and i couldn't make tons of levels.

Art is good and the concept is really nice too! Fun gameplay and nice physics, the only thing I really didn't like was the fact you can't move to the sides when touching a ceiling. Isn't all that bad if you're just normally walking or jumping but gets really annoying on ladders, especially in the "mining site" level with the Explorer

Thanks a lot for all the compliments, because the timeframe isn't over and i've only really used 20-28 hours of my jam time. The Bug that you described with moving while touching the ceilings is now fixed, it was because i was checking the ceiling tile way too high for the player hitbox, i also added a little leeway for platforming so if you miss the platform by 3 pixels it will get you to the top of the platform.
